Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels.Contact prospective customers and understand their needs and requirements.Present and demonstrate products or services to potential and existing customers.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements when required.Negotiate pricing and terms with customers within company guidelines.Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert opportunities into sales.Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfillment.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
