Description
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily rounds across common areas, facilities, and outdoor spaces to evaluate overall site conditions.Identify, document, and report maintenance needs, technical faults, and service gaps promptly.Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and agricultural teams to resolve site issues efficiently.Liaise with relevant departments to follow up on operational complaints from residents until full resolution.Oversee the performance of contracted service providers to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.Maintain accurate logs of site observations, corrective actions, and open items; prepare daily progress reports for the direct supervisor.Proactively suggest operational enhancements to elevate the overall resident experience.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).Experience: Fresh graduate (0 years of experience).
