Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are:Experienced: Possess 3–6 years of relevant experience in Transportation, Fleet Operations, Logistics, or Operations Support.Industry Knowledgeable: Have a good understanding of transportation operations, fleet utilization, driver management, and trip planning.Analytical: Able to monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance, and identify improvement opportunities.Problem-Solvers: Capable of handling operational disruptions and making effective decisions under pressure.Cost-Conscious: Understand transportation cost drivers, fuel efficiency, and cost-control practices.Communicative: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.Organized: Exhibit strong planning, follow-up, and time-management skills.Proficient: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and preferably experience with Fleet Management, GPS/Telematics, or Transportation Management Systems.Compliance-Focused: Understand the importance of safety, SOPs, and operational compliance.
