Description
• Support maintaining a safe, clean, and functional internal environment within the facility to enhance overall workplace conditions• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, assets, and facilities, ensuring proper documentation and reporting of findings• Use checklists to monitor building conditions and identify operational issues, defects, or maintenance needs• Follow up on maintenance and repair activities, ensuring work is completed as required and meets quality standards• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance plans and track execution schedules• Coordinate with service providers (cleaning, security, technicians, waste management) to ensure service delivery meets standards• Support monitoring of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, CCTV) and report any malfunctions or risks• Follow up with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance tasks• Assist in supervising ongoing works in facilities and ensure alignment with specifications and plans• Monitor landscaping and external areas to maintain proper appearance and functionality• Maintain records, logs, and reports related to maintenance activities and facility operationsJob Requirements:0-4 years in facilities or maintenanceBachelor's degree / relevant field Specialized degree in Facilities ManagementGood Command of the English Language
