Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with 2-4 years of experience in technical sales support, tendering, quotations, pumps/rotating equipment, industrial services, or spare parts. Must have a good understanding of pumps, rotating equipment, and industrial services, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings. Proficiency in English, strong coordination, customer service, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team are essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace is required.

About the RoleJoin Torishima Service Solutions as a Technical Sales & Tendering Engineer, supporting Sales operations with technical and commercial solutions for pumps, spare parts, and industrial services. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to prepare quotations, support tenders, and contribute to sales opportunities.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a proactive, commercially minded, and detail-oriented professional with strong technical and communication skills, who can manage multiple quotations and tenders while delivering timely, customer-focused solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare technical and commercial quotations for pumps, spare parts, maintenance, repairs, aftermarket, and industrial services.Review customer RFQs, specifications, and tender documents.Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Service, suppliers, and manufacturers as required.Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and customer requirements.Support tender preparation and timely proposal submissions.Identify suitable technical solutions based on customer requirements.Maintain accurate quotation records, sales reports, and opportunity updates.Coordinate order requirements and delivery schedules with internal teams.Support customer relationship management, sales, and business development activities.Attend customer meetings and site visits when required.Ensure quotations and proposals are accurate and submitted within deadlines.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.2-4 years of experience in technical sales support, tendering, quotations, pumps/rotating equipment, industrial services, or spare parts.Good understanding of pumps, rotating equipment, and industrial services.Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.Strong quotation and proposal preparation skills.Proficient in English, both written and spoken.Strong coordination, and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace.PreferredExperience in the Water, Wastewater, or Power sectors.Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems.Equal OpportunityWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
