Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in tendering, sales engineering, project engineering, or project execution. Strong fundamental knowledge of electrical engineering principles and systems. Knowledge or experience in Critical Power Systems and battery sizing calculations would be an advantage.

Position: Tendering EngineerLocation: Dubai The Tendering Engineer provides technical and commercial support to the Sales team throughout the tendering and proposal process for Critical Power Systems solutions across the MEA region.The role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing technical and commercial proposals, ensuring that solutions meet customer requirements while complying with company policies, standards, and guidelines. TTechnical & Commercial Proposal DevelopmentReview and interpret project specifications, tender documents, and customer requirements to determine the appropriate technical solution.Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.Ensure proposals are technically sound, commercially competitive, accurately costed, and optimized to meet project specifications.Conduct offer evaluations and pricing analysis, including the identification and assessment of risks and opportunities.Incorporate the company's value proposition and technical capabilities into customer proposals.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions.Participate in technical clarification meetings and lead technical discussions with customers to resolve queries and achieve alignment.Present proposed solutions effectively and demonstrate how the Critical Power Systems offering addresses customer requirements and challenges.Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate technical solutions.Provide technical expertise and proposal support to customers during the Front-End Identify opportunities to influence project specifications and requirements in alignment with the proposed solutions.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in tendering, sales engineering, project engineering, or project execution.Strong fundamental knowledge of electrical engineering principles and systems.Knowledge or experience in Critical Power Systems and battery sizing calculations would be an advantage.
