Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a recognized teaching qualification and classroom teaching experience in an IB MYP school, along with IB MYP workshop training at Category 1 or 2 level. In-depth knowledge of MYP curriculum, assessment criteria, eAssessment, and the Personal Project is required, as well as an understanding of IB program standards, practices, and authorization requirements. Experience in an IB coordinator or curriculum leadership role, excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills, and a commitment to safeguarding are also essential. International school experience, ideally within the Middle East, is desirable.
