Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed or equivalent), proven experience teaching in an IB PYP school, and strong knowledge of the PYP curriculum framework. Essential skills include the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated, student-centred lessons, excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to reflective practice and safeguarding. IB PYP workshop training and international school experience are desirable.
