We positively engage with personal and professional development and school improvement.ISP ResponsibilitiesAcademic and Pedagogical Leadership Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program.Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and pedagogical methodologies.Promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices.Analyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans.Teaching Staff Management Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team.Identify professional development needs and support ongoing training.Lead pedagogical meetings and foster collaborative teamwork.Participate in the recruitment and induction of new teaching staff.Student Monitoring Oversee students academic, social, and emotional progress.Implement support strategies for students with specific learning needs.Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.Coordinate behavior management and wellbeing strategies.Family EngagementMaintain effective and timely communication with parents and guardians.Participate in parent meetings, conferences, and school events.Address and follow up on concerns or significant situations.
