Requirements
A recognized teaching qualification in Early Years, primary or early childhood education (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed or equivalent) and experience teaching in an Early Years setting with children aged 3–6, ideally within an IB or international school. Knowledge of the IB PYP Early Years framework or equivalent inquiry-based early years curriculum and a strong understanding of child development theory and play-based, child-initiated learning approaches are required. Excellent communication skills, a warm, nurturing approach, a commitment to inclusive practice, wellbeing, and safeguarding are essential.
