Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.· 1-2 years of experience in Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, or Technical Operations.· Experience in manufacturing, industrial factories, or production environments is preferred.· Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.· Basic understanding of facility systems such as electrical, HVAC, utilities, and building maintenance.· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.· Good communication and teamwork skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.· Very Good command of the English language.· Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency maintenance requirements.
Description
· Supervise and coordinate daily facility maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations across all shifts.· Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.· Ensure full compliance with maintenance plans and schedules, proactively addressing potential delays and escalating risks when required.· Monitor and analyze equipment and facility downtime, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve reliability.· Track and report maintenance KPIs including Downtime, preventive maintenance compliance, response time, utility consumption, and maintenance costs.· Support maintenance budget control by optimizing resource utilization, spare parts consumption, and contractor services while maintaining quality standards.· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and industry standards.· Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to agreed service levels.· Lead emergency maintenance interventions and troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and restore operations in a timely manner.· Provide technical guidance and coaching to maintenance technicians and Shift Leaders to enhance team capabilities and performance.· Manage spare parts availability and inventory accuracy to support maintenance activities and minimize equipment downtime.· Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and startup of new equipment and facility systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.· Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, HSE, Engineering, and other departments to ensure maintenance activities support operational objectives.· Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, work orders, and performance reports in line with company and regulatory requirements.· Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, downtime reduction, energy efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence.· Complete any other relevant duties assigned by the direct manager in accordance with company policies and business requirements.
