Description
The Senior Maintenance Engineer is responsible for leading all maintenance operations related to pump systems and associated equipment. The role ensures high equipment reliability, fast response to breakdowns, and effective management of the service team.Key Duties Include:Lead and supervise maintenance engineers and techniciansPlan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programsRespond to emergency breakdowns and ensure fast technical solutionsDiagnose mechanical faults (bearings, seals, vibration, alignment, etc.)Identify basic electrical issues related to motors, control panels, and startersMonitor equipment performance and reduce recurring failuresManage spare parts inventory and coordinate with the purchasing departmentPrepare technical reports including failure analysis and maintenance costsSupport installation, commissioning, and after-sales service when requiredEnsure compliance with safety standards and company proceduresCoordinate with the sales and projects teams to support customer needsTrain and guide junior technicians to improve technical performance
