Description
Monitor and improve Lead Preparation manufacturing processes to achieve production targets.Support production lines by troubleshooting machine and process-related issues.Follow up on machine maintenance plans and coordinate with Maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.Analyze machine downtime and implement corrective and preventive actions.Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.Monitor machine performance and utilization, ensuring optimal operation.Participate in new model introduction, machine trials, and process validations.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.Prepare and analyze manufacturing KPIs and support continuous improvement activities.Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and related departments to achieve departmental objectives.Complete any other relevant tasks assigned by the immediate manager within company rules.
