Requirements
Requires a CELTA or equivalent certification, a minimum of 5 years of experience in English Language programs, and at least 3 years in classroom teaching. Experience with teacher training, mentoring, or coaching is essential, along with extensive knowledge of e-learning, online teaching practices, and the TESOL field. Excellent English communication, problem-solving, and computer literacy skills are also required. A Master's degree in Applied Linguistics/TESOL or fluency in Arabic is preferred.

For more information, visit us at www.amideast.org.Position DescriptionUnder the guidance and direction of the English Language & Training Programs Manager, the Senior Academic Coordinator will be responsible for, teacher recruitment, identifying teachers professional development needs, monitoring of teacher performance, and review of student performance and improvement plans.S/he is responsible for reporting requirements of development interventions to the EL Programs Manager.
