Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the primary education stage.Previous experience in academic coordination or leadership roles within primary education is preferred.Strong knowledge of the Egyptian National Curriculum and curriculum implementation strategies.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze assessment data and translate findings into actionable improvements.Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.Safeguarding Statement: The safety and welfare of our students are paramount. Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and organized Academic Coordinator - Primary Stage for the academic year 2026-2027. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the academic programs of the Primary Stage, ensuring excellent educational standards and student achievement at Madinaty Integrated Language School.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the implementation of the Primary Stage curriculum in line with the Egyptian National Curriculum and school policies.Support and guide teaching staff to deliver high-quality instruction through classroom observations, feedback, and professional development.Monitor student progress and analyze assessment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Assist in planning school-wide academic initiatives and events related to the Primary Stage.Facilitate communication among teachers, parents, school leadership, and other stakeholders to enhance the learning environment.Promote best practices in teaching and learning and encourage innovation and creativity within the primary curriculum.Ensure compliance with school policies and safeguarding requirements.
