Requirements
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in social sciences, education, psychology, or development studies, along with 2-3 years of experience in training operations, field coordination, or program implementation within the development or social sector. Experience supporting ToT or cascade training programs is advantageous. Essential skills include strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities, knowledge of M&E processes, excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic, proficiency in Microsoft Office, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Job Purpose: The Field Coordinator will administer the operational delivery of training activities across targeted governorates. The role focuses on translating approved implementation plans into field-level readiness, coordinating operational requirements, managing training session execution, and ensuring that all logistics, materials, and participant arrangements are in place ahead of each implementation cycle.Core Responsibilities:Field Operations and Readiness Planning:● Translate agreed implementation cycle plans into detailed governorate-level operational requirements, while ensuring absolute readiness and adherence to project timelines● Submit advance logistics and procurement requests to the Admin and Finance Specialist, while ensuring timely preparation, dispatch, and cost-efficient execution● Coordinate training content requirements and field arrangements with the team, including ToT interview processes, while ensuring seamless operational alignment prior to each implementation cycle Training Execution and Field Management:● Administer the on-the-ground execution of training sessions, workshops, and field events across more than five governorates, while ensuring activities run smoothly, safely, and strictly on schedule● Coordinate directly with venue and catering service providers on-site, while ensuring high-quality delivery standards and vendor compliance with project specifications● Supervise and coordinate contracted field coordinators during peak, intensive implementation periods, while ensuring consistent delivery standards and field-team alignmentStakeholder Liaison and Participant Support:● Serve as the primary operational liaison between the AUC project team and governorate-level counterparts, e.g. MoETE, NCW, and Dawwie focal points, while ensuring strong professional collaboration and smooth implementation● Provide hands-on instructional support during live sessions, e.g. registration, attendance tracking, material distribution, and on-site printing, while ensuring a seamless and high-quality participant experienceFinancial Administration and Documentation:● Disburse per diems and field allowances to training participants on the ground, while ensuring strict compliance with approved university financial procedures and regulations● Communicate financial documentation procedures to participants and collect real-time field data, while ensuring precise verification and transparency● Maintain and archive all critical project field documentation, e.g. attendance sheets, certificate names, consent forms, photos and activity reports, while ensuring absolute data integrity and audit readinessGeneral Project Support:● Perform other project-related and administrative duties as assigned in support of project objectivesQualifications:Education and Experience:● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, education, psychology, or development studies● Minimum of two to three years of experience in training operations, field coordination, or program implementation in the development or social sector● Previous experience supporting Training of Trainers (ToT) or cascade training programs is highly advantageousSkills:● Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills● Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation processes and documentation● Strong written and verbal communication skills● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications● Excellent command of English and Arabic● High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously● Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholdersThis position is open until August 27, 2026.Placement is based on the candidate's experience and skills.
