This role ensures adherence to cold-chain and quality standards, drives operational excellence, and supports Salehiya Healthcare's mission to elevate the healthcare experience through innovative, digital, and customized logistics solutions. The role plays a key part in delivering superior service to customers, partners, and healthcare providers while upholding the company's reputation for reliability, accuracy, and excellence.Key Responsibilities:OperationalManage and oversee outbound logistics operations through the Outbound Logistics Supervisors, including order fulfillment, dispatching, routing, transportation planning, fleet need requirements, and delivery execution.Guide the Outbound Logistics team (Supervisors, Officers, Coordinators and Delivery Representatives) to maintain high standards of productivity, compliance, documentation, and customer service during all transportation activities.Ensure fleet full compliance with cold chain handling, GDP standards, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and medical product distribution.Implement operational controls and monitor KPIs, service levels, delivery accuracy, and reporting systems to ensure cost efficiency.Conduct periodic performance management reviews, and route rides with delivery reps to ensure SOP compliance and drive a customer centric mindset.Utilize planning system with all relevant stakeholders for the most optimal and efficient delivery plan and ensure its full and accurate completionCoordinate closely with Warehousing, Inventory, Transport, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.Develop and execute outbound logistics strategies and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost-optimization initiatives.Drive and lead all outbound logistics projects, process improvements, automation initiatives, and innovation in cold-chain logistics to enhance efficiency and visibility.Monitor & Improve maintenance, fuel consumption, and temperature calibration of the delivery fleet to prevent breakdowns during transit.Oversee the returns and recall processes, ensuring that rejected or returned medical products are collected by Delivery Representatives and processed accurately by the Outbound Officer.Manage relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and third-party providers, ensuring alignment with service standards and SLAs.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum Experience:8–12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Skills:Strong understanding of cold-chain regulations, GDP/GMP compliance, and healthcare distribution standards.Exceptional profeciency in logistics planning software, WMS, TMS, and digital logistics platforms.Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting capabilities.Excellent leadership, team management, stakeholder management and communication skills.Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCMP, Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
