Job PurposeTo support daily outbound logistics operations by coordinating effectively with warehouses, production teams, freight forwarders, third‑party logistics providers (3PLs), ocean carriers, and internal stakeholders. The role ensures efficient shipment handling, accurate documentation flow, inventory movement control, and full compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.Job Descriptionon Support and execute day‑to‑day outbound logistics activities to ensure smooth shipment flow.Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouses, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to meet delivery requirements.Track shipments to ensure timely dispatch and on‑time delivery to customers.Prepare, review, and manage logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, certificates, and related shipping documents.Monitor and control inventory movements between internal and external warehouses.Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving logistics issues, delays, or operational bottlenecks.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics and supply chain operations.EducationBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain and logistics operationsSkillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.Proficiency in ERP systems, including SAP.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
