Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate market research, market intelligence, sales analysis, property research, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, preferably Abu Dhabi. Advanced analytical, forecasting, Excel, and data visualization skills. Experience with Quanta or similar real estate analytics platforms is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

A leading semi-government real estate developer in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Market & Customer Intelligence Associate to provide market intelligence, sales analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights that support development, pricing, and investment decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the UAE real estate market, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi, covering supply, demand, pricing, rental rates, sales velocity, and competitor activity.Conduct competitive benchmarking and assess macroeconomic, demographic, and regulatory trends affecting the property market.Analyze project sales performance, customer segments, conversion trends, and absorption rates to identify performance gaps and opportunities.Prepare market forecasts and provide recommendations on pricing, project positioning, launch timing, and future demand.Support feasibility studies and strategic evaluations for new and existing developments.Develop dashboards, reports, and management presentations using market and internal sales data.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, senior management, consultants, and other stakeholders.Utilize platforms such as Quanta, CRM systems, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate market research, market intelligence, sales analysis, property research, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, preferably Abu Dhabi.Advanced analytical, forecasting, Excel, and data visualization skills.Experience with Quanta or similar real estate analytics platforms is highly preferred.Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
