Requirements
Significant transaction experience and proven track record of evaluating and executing investment opportunities in real estate, ideally within the APAC region. Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills, with a strong grasp of valuation and accounting concepts. Confident communicator, comfortable working in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Willingness to be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.

The firm is looking to add a Portfolio Manager to its APAC real estate team, which invests across Hong Kong, Japan, China, South Korea, SEA and Australia through direct co-investments and fund commitments.
