Requirements
Bachelor of Special Education or Special Educational Needs, Master's degree in Special Educational Needs, or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Both newly qualified and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply, with a genuine passion for supporting students with additional learning needs and a commitment to developing their practice within a supportive school environment. Qualified Inclusion Teacher's with a genuine passion for working with young learners and creating positive, engaging learning experiences. Strong knowledge of effective teaching, assessment and differentiation strategies to support the progress and achievement of all students. A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student feels valued, is encouraged to build confidence and is supported to achieve their full potential. Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills, with a positive approach to working with colleagues, students and the wider school community.
