Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, Learning & Development, or Training Management.Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafes, QSR, catering, or hospitality environments.Certification in Training, Learning & Development, HACCP, or Food Safety is preferred.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
Description
Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees.Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.Train employees on company standards, customer service, food safety, and operational procedures.Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance.Identify training needs and recommend development plans.Maintain training records and prepare training reports.Support managers in coaching and developing team members.Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.Update training materials and manuals as needed.
