Conduct TNA - Training Needs Analysis for all soft services teams.Develop annual training plan and monthly training calendar.Prepare training materials: SOPs, presentations, videos, checklists in Arabic + English.Deliver induction training for all new hires: Safety, Customer Service, Hygiene, Ethics.Conduct technical training: Cleaning methods & chemicals, Security procedures, Help Desk system, Food safety.Run refresher courses and soft skills training: Communication, Complaint handling, Leadership for supervisors.Ensure all staff are trained on HSE, Fire Safety, and University regulations.Audit on-site performance and provide coaching to supervisors and team leaders.Certify staff after training and maintain training records for audits.Measure training effectiveness via tests, KPIs, and mystery audits.Collect feedback from Soft Services Manager and University Admin.Update SOPs and training content based on feedback and incidents.Coordinate with HR on onboarding and with vendors for specialized training.Act as the "Quality Champion" for soft services during university inspections
