Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in career services, training, talent development, human resources, or a related field.Experience in career advising, coaching, or student development is preferred.Strong knowledge of career planning, employability skills, and labor market trends.Experience in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and career events.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers, training providers, and internal stakeholders.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), career platforms, or CRM systems is an advantage.

Job Aim :To support students' career development by providing career advising, delivering career readiness training, and organizing programs that enhance employability and professional growth.Responsibilities :Provide individual and group career advising sessions to students and graduates.Assist students in career planning, job search strategies, CV writing, interview preparation, and professional networking.Design, coordinate, and deliver career development workshops and training programs.Organize career fairs, employer information sessions, networking events, and recruitment activities.Build and maintain relationships with employers, training providers, and industry partners to create career and internship opportunities.Coordinate internship, training, and graduate employment programs.Maintain accurate records of student participation, training activities, and employment outcomes.Prepare reports and statistics related to career services, graduate employment, and training activities to support institutional planning and accreditation requirements.Promote career services and training opportunities through various communication channels.Collaborate with academic departments and other university units to identify students' career development needs.Monitor labor market trends and recommend initiatives to enhance students' employability.Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor related to career development and training activities.
