Description
Inspection Scheduling: Coordinating and managing calendars for routine property inspections, liaising directly with tenants, inspectors, and landlords.Report Review & Analysis: Methodically reviewing completed inspection reports to identify damages, required maintenance, safety hazards, and lease compliance issues.Issue Resolution: Taking immediate action on report findings by raising work orders, assigning contractors, and tracking repairs through to completion.Tenant & Landlord Liaison: Communicating inspection outcomes, following up on maintenance actions, and keeping all parties informed throughout the resolution process.Database Maintenance: Accurately logging inspection reports, photos, and maintenance updates into the property management system.
