Measure and prepare ingredients accurately according to recipes. Support baking, decorating, finishing, and presentation of pastry products. Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and consistency. Keep the pastry section clean, organized, and hygienic. Check ingredient freshness and follow proper storage and stock rotation.
