Requirements Diagnose and manage patients with complex neurological and neurosurgical disorders. Perform elective and emergency neurosurgical procedures involving the brain, spine, spinal cord, and peripheral nervous system. Manage traumatic brain injuries, spinal trauma, intracranial hemorrhage, brain tumors, spinal tumors, hydrocephalus, and degenerative spinal disorders. Perform advanced cranial and spinal microsurgical procedures utilizing modern surgical technologies. Provide comprehensive pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions with neurologists, neuroradiologists, neuro-oncologists, intensivists, rehabilitation specialists, and anesthesiologists. Provide consultations for emergency neurosurgical referrals and participate in trauma services.
