Business AnalystJob DescriptionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a bilingual Business Analyst to join our AI Agent platform delivery team in Riyadh. You will serve as the bridge between government stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into product designs and working through the full delivery lifecycle — from stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis to demo creation, development coordination, and system validation.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder EngagementAct as a key liaison with government stakeholders, building trust and managing expectations. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions in both Arabic and English.Requirements Analysis & Product DesignElicit, analyse and document business requirements, user journeys, personas and acceptance criteria. Translate requirements into functional designs, including data models, API contracts and integration touchpoints. Produce high-level solution designs (HLSD) aligned with the AI Agent platform.Data AnalysisAnalyse business data and workflows to inform solution design and decision-making.Demo DevelopmentBuild and deliver compelling prototypes and demos to stakeholders for review and sign-off.Development Coordination & ValidationWork closely with the development team throughout the build phase.
