Job Purpose:Support the department in analyzing opportunities, projects, and strategic initiatives by preparing studies, analyses, business cases, and executive reports. The role provides data-driven insights to support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, enhance the quality and speed of delivery, and ensure focus on strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze preliminary operational and commercial feasibility studies for projects and initiatives.Analyze land assets, real estate opportunities, and investment prospects from a business perspective and assess their feasibility.Develop and prepare business cases to support investment, operational, and highest-and-best-use decisions.Collect and analyze market, competitor, and benchmark project data and provide actionable recommendations.Prepare executive presentations, reports, and studies for senior management and committees.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development projects and strategic initiatives.Develop basic financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making.Prepare scopes of work (SOWs), develop requests for proposals (RFPs), and participate in evaluating consultant and vendor proposals.Document operational procedures, workflows, and governance frameworks.Coordinate with technical, financial, legal, and operational departments to ensure business alignment and project success.Follow up on action plans, decisions, recommendations, and project timelines through completion.Prepare and analyze periodic reports and business data to support planning and organizational performance improvement.Contribute to the development of methodologies and analytical tools that enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, or related fields.Experience in feasibility studies, market analysis, and executive reporting is preferred.Technical Skills:Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.Ability to prepare and analyze business cases and feasibility studies.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to build basic financial models and conduct scenario analysis.Knowledge of project management principles and KPI frameworks.Strong research, market analysis, and competitor analysis capabilities.Behavioral Competencies:Analytical thinking and problem-solving.Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.High attention to detail.Stakeholder management and coordination skills.Ability to produce high-quality executive-level deliverables.
