Job Title : Business Analyst.Business Line/ Department : ITReports to - Solution Senior Manager.Job Purpose:The Job Holder is Responsible to Bridges business and technology at Almanea by analysing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications that guide IT solution delivery & Development Team.Job Deliverables - Accountability.Requirements ElicitationConduct structured requirements workshops and interviews with business stakeholders across Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.Produce clear, detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and user stories.Facilitate process mapping sessions to document as-is and to-be business processes.Solution AnalysisAnalyze proposed IT solutions against business requirements and identify gaps.Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and developers to refine solution designs.Support fit-gap analysis during Solution implementation and enhancement projects.Testing & Change ManagementDevelop and execute UAT test plans and coordinate business user testing.Support change management activities including communications and training coordination.Produce training materials and user guides for new solutions and process changes.
