Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in software development projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Confluence. Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development. Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, is a plus.
Description
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and objectives. Evaluate and document current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories. Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess the viability and potential risks of proposed solutions. Proactively identify and resolve conflicts, issues, and risks that may impact project delivery or business outcomes. Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user acceptance criteria. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by collaborating with stakeholders to define test scenarios and reviewing test results. Assist in the development of training materials and provide training to end users as needed. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis. Contribute to process improvement efforts and the development of business analysis frameworks and methodologies. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts to support their professional development.
