ElBattat Steel is looking for a highly organized and dependable HR Specialist to join our team at the Damanhour factory. This role is essential in maintaining a seamless link between our HR Manager in Alexandria and our factory workforce.Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee files and documentation with accuracy and confidentialityOversee social insurance registration, cancellation, and complianceCoordinate with the HR Manager in Alexandria to ensure consistent application of company policiesTrack employee attendance, vacations, sick leaves, and absencesCollect and verify payroll inputs such as overtime, deductions, and bonuses for factory staffMonitor and record employee-related expenses and travel claimsSupport the onboarding and offboarding process at the siteEnsure timely renewal of contracts and legal documentsRespond to employee inquiries and support their administrative HR needsPrepare regular HR reports and assist during audits or inspections
