Prepare internal / external posts and submit them to the direct manager for review.Schedule interview appointments.Handle the full hiring process starting with the screening, filtering, conducting the interviews, contracts offer, thank you letter and compare hires requests with the annual manpower plan of the department/replacements.Conduct exit interviews and submit a report of the jobs under his/her responsibility while submitting recommendations to the Human Resources Manager/ Section Head in cases that require prompt involvement.Keep files in a way that can be easily accessed electronically and manually.Send entry permits for candidates to conduct technical tests in various clubs.Participate in HR related projects, upon request.Attend job fairs and handle needed logistical tasks.Prepare and submit the required reports to the direct manager.Review and follow up the payment method of the value of medical tests with the Medical Insurance Department in the Human Resources Department and prepare the related reports.Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier work flow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
