Description
Responsibilities:Review and approve customer credit applications and establish appropriate credit limits.Credit reports, and payment history.Monitor credit risk and recommend adjustments to credit terms as needed.Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.Supervise daily collections activities and ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.Review aging reports and prioritize high-risk accounts.Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes.Reduce Days Sales Outstanding and bad debt levels.Supervise and support credit/collectionsAssign workloads and monitor productivity.Prepare regular credit and collections reports for management ( Ageing )Analyze trends in receivables and customer payment behavior.Recommend process improvements to enhance cash flow.Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.Support internal and external audits.Maintain accurate documentation of credit decisions and communications
