Knowledge of Dubai Municipality Portal, Saudi import regulations, SFDA & SABER processes is a plus.

Location: Dubai, UAEReporting to: Head of Supply ChainAbout the roleWe are looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Imports Coordinator to support our business in Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, vendor management, and logistics.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and distribution for both food and non-food categories.Work closely with the 3PL partner to ensure smooth inbound/outbound operations, customs clearance, and on-time delivery to stores.Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor documentation in compliance with company procurement policies.Monitor demand forecasts and support inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, price updates, and service issue resolution.Conduct periodic warehouse and inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FIFO/FEFO processes.Prepare supply chain reports, KPI dashboards, and highlight variances for management review.Support compliance with Saudi regulations (FASAH, SFDA, SABER) for imports and product clearances.
