Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry. Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices and regulatory compliance. Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage. Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:· Coordinate domestic and international shipments of medical devices, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.· Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and courier services.· Ensure compliance with MOHAP and GDP relevant regulations for the handling, storage and transport of medical devices.· Oversee daily logistics activities including shipment planning, tracking, documentation and issue resolution.· Monitor and optimize inventory movement between distribution centers, warehouses and customers.· Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using ERP systems.· Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping procedures.· Support demand planning and forecast accuracy through data-driven insights.· Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.· Lead or participate in logistics-related projects including system upgrades, vendor evaluations and SOP development.Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.· Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry.· Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices and regulatory compliance.· Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.· Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
