You will drive the development and implementation of policies, lead high-impact employee relations initiatives, and act as a key advisor to a senior leadership on complex workplace matters. In this capacity you will own critical HRprocesses, including ER investigations.You will act as a trusted advisor to HR services, and partner to business leaders, and employees, offeringexpert guidance on best practices in employee relations, workplace conduct, and HR risk management.Collaborating with legal, compliance, and HR teams, you will proactively address potential risks, enhanceemployee experience, and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.YOU'RE GOOD ATEmployee Relations and Conflict ResolutionManaging sensitive ER cases, including investigations into grievances, misconduct, andworkplace conflicts, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.Providing guidance and support on complex ER matters, acting as a subject matter expert.Proactively identifying potential workplace issues and addressing them through preventativemeasures, such as training or policy updates.Maintain Middle East case data up to date in the relevant tools; documenting conversationsand preparing high quality reports.Lead the analysis of trends and data insights on cases, outcomes and recommendationsthroughout the year. Through the analysis and interpretation of internal and external ERrelated data sources, identify trends and develop appropriate recommendations for valueadding and strategic ER interventions that meet organizational and customer specificneeds.
