Requirements
Candidates must have significant multi-country HR Operations experience across EMEA and APAC/Asia, with strong knowledge of international employment legislation and compliance within complex multinational organizations. Experience with HR technology, HRIS, automation, process transformation, payroll, governance, data privacy, and operational controls is essential, alongside strong senior stakeholder management and advisory capabilities, and experience supporting restructures and organizational change. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Law is required, and candidates must be willing to be based full-time and on-site in Qatar.

Head of HR Operations – EMEA & APACWe are seeking a senior HR Operations leader to oversee complex international HR operations across EMEA and APAC. Based in Qatar, the role will ensure HR operations are compliant, efficient and scalable, balancing global standards with local employment legislation.Working within a highly complex legal and regulatory environment, the position provides expert guidance on international employment legislation, HR operations, governance and operational risk, ensuring global HR processes are effectively deployed while meeting local statutory and regulatory requirements.As the organisation continues to develop a more technology-enabled HR operating model, the role will play a key part in advancing Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), workflow automation and global process standardisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HR Operations expertise across multiple international jurisdictions.Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and HR governance requirements.Translate local requirements into scalable global HR processes.Drive HR process standardisation, ESS/MSS, automation and digital transformation.Advise on restructures, workforce transitions and complex operational HR matters.Partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, Finance and Centres of Excellence.Maintain strong HR data, audit, governance and operational controls.Identify regional HR risks and implement mitigation strategies.Lead continuous improvement across HR service delivery.Provide guidance to a small HR Operations team.Experience RequiredSignificant multi-country HR Operations experience across EMEA and APAC/Asia.Strong knowledge of international employment legislation and compliance.Experience within complex multinational organisations.Strong HR technology, HRIS, automation and process transformation experience.Experience with payroll, governance, data privacy and operational controls.Strong senior stakeholder management and advisory capability.Experience supporting restructures and organisational change.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.Fluent English; Arabic preferred not essentialCandidates must be willing to be based full-time and on-site in Qatar.
