Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering is required. The candidate must have 5-7 years of relevant experience in EPC / energy / infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms, as well as solid experience in claims management and dispute resolution, are essential. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are also required.

Job Summary:The Senior Contracts Engineer will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts across complex EPC projects, ensuring contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and commercial protection of the company's interests. This role involves leading contract administration activities, supporting project teams with contractual interpretation, and driving effective handling of claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
