Required Skills

A recognised teaching qualification in Early Years, primary or early childhood education (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed or equivalent). Experience teaching in an Early Years setting with children aged 3–6, ideally within an IB or international school. Knowledge of the IB PYP Early Years framework or equivalent inquiry-based early years curriculum. A strong understanding of child development theory and play-based, child-initiated learning approaches. Excellent communication skills and a warm, nurturing approach to working with young children and families. A commitment to inclusive practice and the wellbeing of all children. A commitment to safeguarding and child protection. International school experience desirable.
