Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare, education, or recreational settings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Current CPR and First Aid certifications required. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with local child protection laws and regulations. Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
