Responsible for the long-term profitability and sustainable growth of the company.Key Responsibilities:Ensures the development of an overall strategic plan to support the company's mission, objectives, and growth as an organization.Overview and evaluate the business strategy planning process and provide direction and leadership to the functional managers to set and achieve the short, medium, and long-term plans. Monitor and ensure timely implementation of the strategic plans to contribute to the effectiveness and promotion of the company.Establish relevant performance targets in coordination with the GMD, ensuring that they are realistic and support the overall strategic/operational objectives of the company.Provide strategic direction and leadership for the company's public relations activities to ensure that all the internal and external (local and global) stakeholder concerns/requirements are addressed through relevant and using appropriate communication channels.Represents the organization and fosters effective working relationships at the highest level with Government and other key bodies within the UAE to develop strategic business alliances.Oversees the financial management activities of the company, including budgeting and management reporting by all concerned.
