Ø Manage procurement and timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment. Ø Assist in testing & commissioning of MEP and finishing systems. Ø Maintain updated site documentation (daily reports, inspection logs, progress photos) Ø Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance. Ø Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery in accordance with design specifications and client requirements. Ø Coordinate with designers, consultants, and engineers to resolve on-site technical issues. Ø Prevent unauthorized variations or rework by ensuring correct execution of drawings and specs.
