JOB PURPOSE:Developing and executing manage trade marketing activities across all relevant channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and sales objectives. The role is responsible for implementing channel specific plans, driving in-store visibility, and supporting the sales team in delivering growth in market share, volume, and value. The Manager – Trade Marketing acts as a bridge between marketing and sales, translating brand strategies into effective trade executions, while monitoring performance, managing budgets, and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Strategic ContributionSupport the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the Sales & Distribution / Trade Marketing to deliver Nadec's vision and mission.Support the strategy into operational business plans for the Sales & Distribution / Trade Marketing lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company's strategy.LeadershipManage the activities of the Sales and distribution / Trade Marketing team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies, and procedures.Build and lead a motivated, engaged, and competent team, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.Serve as a role model to ensure employees awareness and commitment to Nadec's vision, mission, values, fundamentals, and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated team and continuously improve performance.BudgetingLead the preparation of the department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.Core AccountabilitiesAssist in designing category trade plans by channel, aligned with brand strategy, to support the achievement of market share targets in volume and value, and to optimize distribution.Support the translation of category business needs into actionable trade programs that generate value and profitability for NADEC.Coordinate with below-the-line (BTL) agencies to develop and implement point-of-sale materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timely market execution.Contribute to the development and execution of a promotion calendar in line with corporate guidelines and best practices to ensure ROI optimization.Monitor competitor activities in the trade environment and gather relevant intelligence to support the development of competitive responses and proactive plans.Support the formulation of tailored sales solutions through analysis of market trends to help safeguard and grow market share and brand equity.Analyze historical sales data and channel trends to support forecasting and ensure supply continuity across all relevant trade channels.Prepare Monthly and Weekly category activation plans in alignment with the approved strategy.Conduct 1 market (KSA/GCC) visit per month and submit reports outlining key insights, opportunities, and challenges.Supervise and support junior trade marketing team members to ensure effective execution of trade plans.Promote a culture of collaboration and performance within the trade marketing team.Collaboration:Liaise closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align trade marketing initiatives with broader commercial goals.Work with retail partners to execute joint promotions and in-store marketing programs.Assist in the planning and execution of trade incentives and visibility campaigns to boost sales and brand exposure.Leverage sales and consumer data to inform trade marketing strategies and adapt plans accordingly.Track and manage allocated trade marketing budgets efficiently and report variances and performance against plans.Build and maintain strong working relationships with trade customers, distributors, and retail partners.Support the negotiation and execution of trade deals and collaborations.Monitor trade marketing performance through KPIs and suggest improvements based on data and results.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Education and CertificationsBachelor's Degree is required in Marketing or related field.Master's Degree or professional certificate is preferred.Experience: 5-7 years experience in trade marketing, preferably in a senior management role.Excellent understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
