JOB PURPOSE:Assist in Developing and executing plans to drive Sales Strategies for in-stores visual merchandising. Assist in promotion designs, store branding, loyalty programs.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Strategic ContributionAssist executing the annual business plans and targets and complying with the strategic agenda of the Sales & Distribution / Trade Marketing to deliver Nadec vision and mission.Assist translating the strategy into operational business plans for the Sales & Distribution / Trade Marketing lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company's strategy.Leadership.Direct the activities of the Sales & Distribution / Trade Marketing team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies and procedures.Build and lead a motivated, engaged, and competent team, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.Serve as a role model to ensure employees awareness and commitment to Nadec vision, mission, values, fundamentals, and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated team and continuously improve performance.BudgetingParticipate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.Core AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute trade marketing campaigns for assigned products, including promotions, sponsored product listings, flash sales, and livestreaming events.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Manage marketing budget and track campaigns performance against KPIs.Prepare reports and presentations on campaign results and market insights.Design category trade plans by channel following the aligned brand strategy to ensure achievement of desired market share in terms of volume & value and optimum distribution.Understand and translate category business needs into value propositions, generating sales and profit for Nadec.Coordinate with below the line (BTL) marketing agencies to develop and produce point of sales material, ensure all materials are as per brand guidelines and monitor timely execution on-trade.Recommend comprehensive sales solutions based on market understanding to drive market share and ensure the protection of overall brand volume and value.Analyze the volatility and variability of supply and demand through past sales data, data trends analytics, in-order to define/forecast monthly needs and ensure constant catering of all channel's needs.Finalize Monthly, Weekly and Annual Category PlansSubmit 1 Market (KSA/GCC) Visit Report Monthly – With clear status and opportunities and challengesQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Education and CertificationsBachelor of Science, Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.Master's Degree or professional certificate is preferred.Experience:3-4 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in a management role.Excellent understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
