Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of M&A experience, with a proven track record in Telecom & Technology deals. Experience on the corporate/operator side AND/OR Investment Banking, PE, or Consulting is desired. Demonstrated ability to independently originate, propose, negotiate and close deals, with a track record of winning Board or Investment Committee approval, and cross-border deal experience in CIS, MENA, GCC, or emerging markets is preferred. Strong financial modelling skills (DCF, LBO, trading and transaction comparables) are essential. A Master's degree in finance, Business or equivalent is required; an MBA/CFA is an advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLEA leading GCC-based diversified conglomerate is seeking a Corporate Business Development & M&A Director to lead the build-out of its TMT platform. The role is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, and greenfield investments across MENA, Central Asia, and frontier markets.
