Requirements

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Director to lead strategic growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, build key client relationships, and drive revenue expansion across Qatar and regional markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in securing major projects, developing partnerships, and positioning the organization for sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development and market growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, and EPC sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, developers, consultants, investors, and strategic partners.Lead bid strategy, commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and proposal development for major projects.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance market positioning.Establish strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances to support business growth.Drive client engagement and manage the full business development lifecycle from lead generation to contract award.Collaborate with technical, commercial, legal, and operations teams to ensure successful project pursuits.Prepare business plans, forecasts, and executive reports for senior management.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
