Primary Purpose of the Role:Resolve all client-facing issues across company departments and support the City Authority Manager to ensure effective district management. The Stage Manager maintains round-the-clock operations across residential areas, enforces community regulations professionally, and ensures smooth, friction-free customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesAddress resident inquiries, complaints, and suggestions promptly; oversee routine maintenance and operational services to maintain high customer satisfaction.Distribute work among zone teams, assign specific areas of responsibility, and conduct daily field inspections to record and address violations or operational defects.Spot and halt unauthorized activities immediately. Coordinate with Architectural Integrity and Security departments to take legal action—specifically regarding illegal conversions of residential units to commercial/administrative use and proper disposal of renovation/landscaping waste.Supervise third-party contractors and external entities (e.g., Alexandria Construction, Telecom Egypt, Gas Company, Agricultural Contractors) to streamline client requests and preserve public cleanliness and architectural standards.Implement operational plans set by the District Head, achieve periodic KPIs, submit progress reports, and continuously refine procedures to eliminate recurring complaints.Draft the annual departmental budget, monitor expenses alongside accounting, and drive cost-rationalization initiatives through efficient resource utilization.Make fast, decisive choices during critical incidents, notify senior management immediately, and regularly audit zone protection and safety systems.Conduct technical interviews, onboard new hires, complete performance appraisals on schedule, and submit promotion recommendations according to company policy.Job Authority & ScopeDecision-Making: General decision-making authority within the assigned geographic zone.Budgetary Scope: Spending authorized strictly within a pre-approved annual budget.People Scope: Direct and indirect supervision, technical interviewing, onboarding, and recommendation rights for subordinate promotions.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Facility Management (FM).Technical Skills: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
