Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5-7 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a similar role. Must possess team leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, full knowledge of labor law, and excellent communication and conflict management abilities. B2 English proficiency is required.
Description
The HR Supervisor manages HR account managers and ensures efficient handling of employee records, recruitment, and contract renewals. They oversee accurate data input in the SAP system and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role also involves managing social and medical insurance, as well as resignation and termination procedures.Supervise HR Account ManagersOversee the daily activities of HR account managers responsible for various HR projects.Ensure that tasks related to employee files, recruitment, contract renewals, and new hires are managed effectively.Manage SAP System EntriesUpload employee-related data (new hires, resignations, terminations, transfers, etc.) into the SAP system promptly and accurately.Follow up with HR account managers to ensure employee records are updated correctly in SAP.Ensure that employee contracts, attendance, and leave records are accurately reflected in SAP.Maintain Personnel Records and FilesManage and maintain an organized file index for all personnel activities and documents.Regularly review and ensure compliance with labor law for attendance and employee leave records.Oversee Employee Contract RenewalsMonitor and follow up on employee contract renewals, ensuring timely entry of renewals into the SAP system.Ensure that contract renewal processes comply with company policies and Egyptian labor law.Monitor Attendance and Legal ComplianceReview and monitor monthly attendance and effects sheets, ensuring accurate records for annual vacations, sick leave, overtime, and penalties.Ensure all procedures are following Egyptian labor law.Manage Labor Office and Legal IssuesAddress and resolve any labor-related issues with employees at the Labor Office.Respond to inquiries and complaints, ensuring all legal documentation is submitted to avoid company violations.Handle Social and governmental Medical Insurance MattersCoordinate with the social insurance team to issue annual Form 2 for social insurance.Ensure that all employees social insurance status is updated, and resolve any issues related to uninsured employees.Handle Resignation and Termination ProceduresManage resignation and termination procedures, ensuring proper clearance, financial dues, and other required documents are completed.Coordinate Legal Department Follow-upsCollaborate with the legal department to track and resolve any legal issues related to employees, including alimony or legal cases.Ensure the resolution of these cases and proper documentation of their closure.REPORTING & INTERACTIONSReport to HR DirectorSubordinatesHR CoordinatorsHR SpecialistMINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTSQualificationPrevious experience leading teamProblem solving skillsfull knowledge of labor lawCommunication and conflict management skillsEducationAny Related FieldTotal Years of Experience5-7 years of experienceYears of Relevant position5Work Experience (Previous work Industries)FM-ConstructionLanguageB2 English
