Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Manage the contract lifecycle from drafting through execution, renewal, amendment, and termination.Prepare and review contracts in coordination with the Legal Affairs department.Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with external parties.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and hospital policies.Manage contracts for physicians, consultants, and outsourced staff.Coordinate agreements with insurance companies and suppliers.Maintain the contract repository, including contract database, archiving, and renewal tracking.Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.Prepare periodic reports on active, pending, and expiring contracts.Develop contract templates and continuously improve contracting procedures.
